In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (General Data Protection Regulation, “GDPR”) we would like to assure you that all personal data you share with us in connection with your request sent via the contact form will be considered confidential and will be processed based on the legitimate interests pursued by PRO.MED.CS Praha a.s. (the “Controller”) for the purpose of responding to your request, and will subsequently be retained for a period of two years. Your personal data may be retained for a longer period if processing your request will be necessary for securing the Public Scientific Service and/or for ensuring the safety of medicinal products, including resolving cases of suspected adverse reactions (pharmacovigilance). In regard to the processing of personal data as described in this document, pursuant to GDPR you have the right to request from the Controller access to your personal data, a copy of the data, rectification, erasure of, or restriction of processing concerning the data, and you have the right to object to the processing of the data. You also have the right to lodge a complaint to the competent supervisory authority for the protection of personal data, which for the Czech Republic is the Office for Personal Data Protection.

(hereinafter “controller”) in order to comply with legislation on drug safety and pharmacovigilance in line with controller´s standard operating procedures. Your personal data will be used for dutiful management of the relevant case of suspect adverse reaction which includes in necessary cases the need to perform effective follow-up communication with you to ensure that complete and accurate information are collected and processed. Your personal data may be further shared with supervisory health authorities for the purpose to comply with relevant regulatory obligations. In connection with personal data processing as described in this notice you are entitled to apply at controller your right to access personal data, ask for a copy of personal data, to correct it, erase or restrict its processing and/or to lodge a complaint with a relevant data protection supervisory authority.
