Our company is built on respect for legal compliance and high ethical and moral values. Illegal or unethical behaviour is unacceptable to us. In an effort to effectively prevent and detect it, we have created an internal reporting system – an ethical line, based on anonymity, confidentiality and impartiality in the assessment of each report. The Ethics Line is operated by Fair Data Professionals.
Employees or other employees of the company (including job applicants and former employees), contractual partners, partners and members of our company's elected bodies can use the ethics line to report suspected violations of legal regulations in accordance with Directive (EU) 2019/1937 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of persons who report violations of Union law and subsequent Czech legal regulations ("Legislation") or violations of ethical standards that our company is committed to complying with. Notifications can also be submitted anonymously. By notification and whistleblowers defined in the Legal Regulations are guaranteed the following rights from the Legal Regulations, especially the protection of their identity and protection against retaliatory measures. All notifications are dealt with confidentially, impartially, and the reporting party is informed of the results of the investigation if they remain in contact with us.
